    Jay Cottrell, Director of Operations

    Jay has been integral in the establishment of Medical 
    
    Career Consultants. His experience as a recruiter for 
    
    AmSol, our partner company, was invaluable in forming 

    the organization and its strategic processes. He manages 

    the operations of the company, as well as serving as a lead recruiter. 

    A magna cum laude graduate of East Tennessee State, Jay has been a

    children’s counselor and tutor, as well as a worship leader/musician.

    Tony Wilson, Director of Recruiting

    Tony has 20 years experience in the medical recruitment field, 
    
    including the position of Director of Recruitment for a nationally 

    known anesthesia recruitment agency. Additionally, he established 

    and directed a full physician recruitment agency, including specialty 

    fields in anesthesiology, cardiology, pulmonology and the primary care 

    fields. He has been instrumental in the development of recruiting policies 

    and procedures for the company with day-to-day responsibilities for 

    directing the anesthesia and full physician search and recruitment. Tony 

    graduated from East Carolina University with double majors in political 

    science and history.
